Protein Power Shake
1 cup plain acidophilus yogurt
2 tablespoons of BodySense ProteinEssentials with fermented soy
1 tbsp essential fatty acid rich seed oil (Flaxseed Oil)
1/2 cup fresh fruit, mango, papaya, berries or banana
1 cup organic fresh apple juice (or juice of choice)
3 ice cubes
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
