What are Probiotics?
Probiotics are viable microbial food supplements that beneficially affect the host by improving the intestinal microbial balance. Bifidobacteria form the main component of intestinal microflora and reside mostly in the colon. These healthy bacteria are essential for intestinal microbial balance but can be affected by use of anti-biotics, gastro-intestinal infections, food poisoning and other intestinal disturbances.

FORMULA:
Each Capsule Contains:
Bifidobacterium longum 2.5 mg
(equivalent to 5 billion/capsule)
Encapsulated in a vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water) with cellulose and vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Suggested Usage: 1 capsule, 2 to 3 times daily before meals.
