MenoTea
Chocolate Spice

What to expect from this product:
  • Reduce hot flashes
  • Reduce night sweats
  • Improve hormone balance
  • Improve mood
  • Reduce stress
  • Promote calmness

Each Capsule Contains:

Sage leaves
Sage leaves reduce excessive perspiration due to menopausal hot flashes during the day or at night. In a preliminary study, supplementation with the leaves of sage resulted in complete elimination of hot flashes and night sweats in 20 of 30 women, with varying degrees of improvement in the other ten cases.

Lemon balm
Lemon balm has antibacterial, antiviral properties, and it is also used as a mild sedative or calming agent. It is added to MenoSense tea because it has been found effective at reducing stress and calming the system. Stress reduction helps to reduce the number of hot flashes and night sweats experienced during menopause.

Chaste tree berry
Commonly used for PMS and infertility, Chaste tree berry is an important herb for women during the menopause years. It normalizes prolactin levels, which are often high during menopause and which can cause male facial hair growth, weight gain and skin outbreaks. Chaste tree berry enhances progesterone naturally thereby aiding hormone balance while reducing the symptoms of excess prolactin.
St. John’s wort
St. John’s wort was found in several meta-analysis studies (Cochrane Review) to be significantly superior to placebo and similarly effective as standard antidepressants for treating mild to moderate depression. A double-blind, placebo controlled, randomized study in Obstetrics and Gynecology in February of 2006 found St. John’s wort along with Black cohosh significantly better than placebo in eliminating hot flashes, night sweats and mood related menopause symptoms. St. John’s wort has been shown to improve mild to moderate depression and mood disorders related to the menopausal transition. Another study showed sexual wellbeing improved in menopausal women using St. John’s wort.

Cinnamon, ginger root, carob, chocolate and stevia are added to MenoTea to ensure a delicious tasting tea.

Directions: Use 1 tea bag per cup. Add boiling water and steep for 3 minutes or until you obtain desired flavour. Remove tea bag and enjoy! Drink MenoTea throughout the day to elevate mood.

Combine with MenoSense capsules for optimal menopause symptom relief.
