SleepSense Q&A

Q: Hi Lorna, I have no problem going to sleep, but wake up numerous times during the night. Sometimes I am able to go back to sleep but other times I start to disturb my husband and just get up. I don't like the idea of sleeping pills. What alternative do I have?

A: Two products will help you get deep restful sleep. HappySense 50mg at breakfast, 50mg at dinner and 50mg at bedtime. Plus SleepSense 3mg to 9mg, which is 1 to 3 tablets under the tongue. Start with one tablet and work up to 3 tablets if you do not see improvement. Do not chew them or swallow them. Just let it dissolve. Neither of these are habit forming or addicting. HappySense is 5-HTP the precursor to the happy hormone serotonin and SleepSense is pure melatonin. Melatonin has been linked to reducing the risk of breast cancer while also providing deep restful sleep. Read up on HappySense and SleepSense. Print Page
